The Toorak Road, Kooyong Level Crossing was removed back in April 2020, 6 months ahead of schedule. So it was time to see how the landscaping has come along.
The removal of this major bottleneck has reduced congestion and improved safety for those travelling through the area.
It was lovely to see locals using the new and improved walking and cycling paths connecting to nearby parklands, as well as new open spaces with kids actively playing today – all created as part of the project.
